Terms of Service

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter into this agreement, and permitted to use ThaiCrush under applicable law. You may not use the service if we previously removed or banned you, unless we expressly allow you to return. We may request reasonable information to confirm your age, identity, or eligibility.

Your account

Provide accurate, current information and use only your own account. You are responsible for protecting your login details and for activity carried out through your account. Do not share, sell, transfer, or allow another person to use your account. Contact support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Dating and personal safety

ThaiCrush helps adults discover profiles, match, and communicate. We do not guarantee that a member is who they claim to be, that profile information is accurate, or that another member's intentions, conduct, compatibility, or background are safe or suitable. A verification badge is a limited profile check, not a criminal, identity, health, or background screening.

You are responsible for your interactions with other members, online and offline. Use good judgment, protect personal and financial information, meet in public when appropriate, tell someone you trust about your plans, and use block and report tools when needed. ThaiCrush cannot guarantee your safety and is not responsible for the conduct of members outside the service.

Acceptable use

Do not use ThaiCrush for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, threatening, hateful, sexually exploitative, harassing, or discriminatory conduct; impersonation or catfishing; scams, spam, commercial solicitation, or trafficking; sharing another person's private information; content involving minors; malware; scraping or automated access; security bypasses; reverse engineering; or anything that infringes another person's rights or interferes with the service.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, profile text, messages, reports, and other content you submit. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide that content and that it does not violate law, these Terms, or another person's privacy, publicity, or intellectual-property rights.

You grant ThaiCrush a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, technically modify, display, transmit, translate when requested, and otherwise process your content only as needed to operate, secure, moderate, improve, and provide the service. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for copies that must reasonably be retained for safety, legal compliance, dispute resolution, backups, or enforcement.

Moderation and enforcement

We may investigate reports and review available account, profile, photo, message, verification, and technical information when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect members, comply with law, or operate the service. We may remove content, limit visibility or features, require changes or verification, suspend or terminate accounts, and preserve relevant evidence.

We are not required to monitor every member or communication. Where safety, privacy, law, or an investigation requires it, we may be unable to disclose all reasons, evidence, or actions to you. Blocks are permanent in the member experience, and removed matches, messages, likes, favorites, saved photos, or other relationship data may not be restored.

Messages and other members

Messages are delivered to the members you choose to contact. A recipient may save, copy, share, or report what you send, so do not send anything you cannot safely disclose. Blocking, hiding a profile, account restrictions, deletion requests, or moderation may make a profile or conversation unavailable without notice. ThaiCrush may retain conversation records where reasonably needed for safety, reports, legal obligations, or the establishment, exercise, or defense of claims.

Service availability

We may add, change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features or parts of ThaiCrush. We do not guarantee that the service, any profile, match, message, translation, notification, or stored content will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, complete, or error-free. We may perform maintenance and take urgent action to protect the service or its members.

No guarantees

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ThaiCrush is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties that matches, relationships, translations, profile information, verification, notifications, or member conduct will be accurate, suitable, safe, or meet your expectations. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ThaiCrush is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss; loss of data, opportunity, reputation, or anticipated benefit; or harm arising from another member's content, conduct, communications, or an offline meeting. Any liability that cannot legally be excluded remains limited to the direct and reasonably foreseeable loss caused by our breach. Nothing limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Ending access

You may stop using ThaiCrush at any time and may contact support to ask about closing your account or exercising a legal deletion right. We may restrict, suspend, or end access where reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, repeated or serious violations, fraud prevention, or operation of the service. Terms that by their nature should continue—such as content responsibility, retained licenses, disclaimers, liability limits, and enforcement rights—survive the end of access.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as ThaiCrush or applicable law changes. We will publish the revised effective date and, where required, provide reasonable notice of material changes. Continuing to use the service after the new Terms take effect means you accept them to the extent permitted by law.
